A premium blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Rolle and Mourvèdre
A pale and elegant Provencal rosé with a full bouquet of ripe peaches, cherries and redcurrants. The palate offers sun-kissed notes of wild summer berries, lychee and citrus zest with a smooth, dry finish. The palate carries these flavours through with a soft roundness and a grippy, tight finish.
Versatile, it pairs well with fresh seafood, artichokes, pork tenderloins or Provençal style dishes that are rich in flavours like olives and garlic.
