This website is operated on behalf of MAÏA Provence, a brand created by Vineyard Productions (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, the nature of your enquiry, your message and, if you provide them, your company, venue or yacht and your country.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.

How we use it

We use your details solely to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue the conversation you have started with us — for example about supplying MAÏA to a restaurant, hotel, yacht or distributor. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and on your consent given when you submit the form.

We will not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which acts as our processor. Netlify may process data outside the UK and European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch, and then delete them.
